Refund policy
We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that for orders within Ireland a restocking fee to cover admin and original shipping cost of €12 will not be refunded. For orders outside Ireland the original shipping charge will not be refunded
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact Vico Robes to agree the exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send out the exchange item. Admin and shipping costs to the customer will be covered by Vico Robes for exchanged items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For returns we recommend using a trackable shipping service and once you have completed your return, please take a note of your tracking number.

MISSED & UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being present at the delivery address will be dealt with in accordance to An Post procedure for the shipping method you selected.
For UK, Europe & International, please contact the relevant carrier and refer to your tracking code. If you do not have a tracking code, please contact us at hello@vicorobes.com
Once the shipment is dispatched from Vico Robes it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little power if any to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim process.
